These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Ultrafreemold ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional mold remediation, testing, and indoor air quality services. All services are subject to an initial inspection and signed service agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
While we utilize advanced, patented dry fog technology and endeavor to achieve complete remediation, the success of our services may depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to the structural integrity of the property and ongoing moisture issues.
3. Estimates and Payments
Any estimates provided prior to inspection are for informational purposes only. A final, binding quote will be provided after a physical inspection of the property.
- Payments are due as specified in your individual service contract.
- We may offer direct insurance billing, subject to approval and coordination with your insurance provider.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.
4. Property Preparation and Access
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed-upon times. You must comply with all preparation instructions provided by our team prior to the commencement of the dry fogging or remediation process, including the removal of pets and certain sensitive items.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
Specific warranties regarding the prevention of mold regrowth (e.g., our antimicrobial film) will be explicitly stated in your service contract. These warranties are contingent upon the resolution of any underlying moisture or water intrusion issues. Failure to resolve root-cause water issues will void any remediation guarantees.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
